I have been a chef for over 25 years working in some of the best hotels in the country. I have worked in Michelin restaurants as well as hotels such as The Swallow Hotel in Bristol, The Millennium Hotel in Knightsbridge, The Dorchester Hotel Park Lane, The Bath Spa Hotel and Babington House.

I am now a lecturer at The City of Bath College.
I have also competed internationally and gained 2 gold medals 2 silver medals and 2 bronze medals.

Due to the death of catering in the curriculum system, I believe that more and more people are leaving school with little or no insight in to cooking and the understanding of healthy eating.

The life style that has been forced upon us is very time orientated, to the extent that people believe that they have little time for cooking.
A lot of people believe that it is quick and easier to use a ready meal, the supermarkets have pampered us to the extent that we believe that it is almost better to reheat a meal than make fresh.

It takes almost the same time to cook a fresh home cooked meal as it would a ready meal in the oven.

I can teach anyone who wants to change his or her life style to one of a healthy well balanced diet.
